   Complete the request form below with your contact information, team name, role (coach, gym owner, etc.), and shipping address.
   
   

2. Tell Us About Your Team
   Provide a few quick details about your program—including number of athletes, current shoe provider, and your timeline for placing an order.
   
   

3. Select a Shoe Size to Sample
   Choose the size you’d like to receive for evaluation. One pair per qualified program.
   
   

4. Submit Your Request
   Once submitted, our team will review your info. If approved, you’ll receive a free pair of cheer shoes, our branded shoe case, and product information—shipped directly to you.
